Erytheia Trinity Core Repack Release V1 for WoW 3.1.3

Erytheia is kind enough to inform me that he has made a new repack that can be used for WoW 3.1.3 and also support updating from the last Darkened Linux Trinity Core V2 release, and because he has made an excellent release i’ve decided to post his repack into the main page. (the original post can be found at forums). And so full credits should be given to Erytheia for his wonderful repack

And here are some information about Erytheia Trinity Core Repack V1:

Trinity Core:

TrinityCore2 REV 4194 (See changelog.txt because there are too many changes to be listed here)

Trinity DB:

TDB Rev 17
Lots of 3.1.x related template changes and additions for items, gameobjects, creatures …
Redone loots for creatures 0-200 and 1000-1700
NPC stats changed for new system
Data for new item_required_target-table
Updates from SD2 rev 1141 and ACID rev30
Fixes from forums, thanks to all contributors!

Framework:

Combine all Batch-Files to a big control.bat – read Readme for infos
New registration page!
ClientTools in the Registration Page – easy downgrade to 3.0.1 and connect to server.
Redirect of launcher-page and login-info of wow. Launcher can update to the supported version (3.1.3). When you want this, you must configurate apache (see tools\httpd-xampp.conf for an example). For XAMPP-User – this will be done automatic!
And the user must download the “ClientTools” (windows only) and extract the file in the wow-client-directory. The he must simple start “run_<servername>.exe” and he is connected to your realm.

With a registration page, login-area, Re-Customization, Players Online, Player Map, Item-Arsenal, Player-Arsenal, Download of the client (thanks to wow-europe, which allow this), Ticket-System (for GMs), Teleport Players to home (for GM), See Accountinfos (for GM), Remote-Access-”Console” (for GM), client tools (allows simple connection to the server, activate support for launcher redirect in the client) and much more!

Note: The homepage is under devolopment. I need testdata for adding future things (like Arena-Team-List).
Items with dynamic stats are don’t displayed (I don’t have engouth information). In player-arsenal reputation and items are missing.

ControlServer:

This little tool allows more than one user access the remote-access of the trinity realm. You can also access the “control.bat” to remote control the complete server (some functions are locked for remote access!). On the homepage login with an account with GM-Level 3 and select remote-access.

For an alternative you can use putty, by choosing raw connection.

And because Port 6832 is used, you should route this port.

Important: In order to use this. Remote Access in trinitycore.conf must be activated (port 3443, locked to 127.0.0.1)

Known Problems:

Some “spell xyz listed in spell_proc_event probally not triggered spell” – ignore them.
Readme is a little bit outdated.
Documentation of the homepage is missing.
Ulduar is empty.

If you are updating from Darkened Linux Trinity Core Repack for WoW 3.0.9 V2:

1. Backup your data first!

2. Simple run control.bat and choose “Update from Darkened Linux Trinity Core Repack for WoW 3.0.9 V2″. Follow the instruction on screen. And of course you will need a WoW 3.1.3 Client because some datas must be extracted (will take about one hour).

3. Because of a Bug in Darkened Linux trinity Core Repack for wow 3.0.9 the first two characters wich anyone are creating are lost. So first you should create two “dummy-chararacters” befor3 you go live!

New Installation:

1. Make sure you have WOW 3.1.3 Client for extracting datas!

2. Extract the archive / trinity core release you just downloaded

3. Run control.bat. When you don’t have a mysql installed, select “Install XAMPP”. Or if you prefer to install MySQL, Apache and PHP manually (XAMPP is Automatic method) you can read it from my previous post about MySQL installation, Apache with PHP Installation

4. Now select “Install Trinity”. Follow the instructions given on screen.

Important Notes:

World-Database must be recreated/rebuild – save your Custom-Content before!
This release support 3.1.3 Client. You must recreate your DBC, MAPS und VMAPS! The Database is TDB17 (UDB381), which is a “bugfix”-release for 3.1.3. In this release Ulduar is empty!

The database includes the elements for all content, but it only maps the items which the client must then graphically render. If you don’t have TBC or LK installed, then you simple make sure your account type is set appropriately in the database.

I have downloaded latest Trinity Core (4612 at this time) and added the FULL sql’s to my world db…my question is how can I make sure that it updated to the latest rev ?

Would be kinda useless if it wouldnt and I think it does…btw why havent they fixed Dalaran to be a sanctuary ?(no pvp etc)

Hi all, wonderful repack, but I just had a few questions.
If I want to use The Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King content on my server, do I need to have those installed _prior_ to unpacking and installing this release? Or is there a way to install those expansions later and still have this work?
Also, I noticed that nothing was said in the instructions about setting up port forwarding for hosting a server. Does the installer do this automatically, or do I need to alter some settings to make that work?

I am running Erytheia Trinity Core Repack Release V1 for WoW 3.1.3.

I have gotten the server up fine, all gm commands work, instances work, vendors work. Its pretty much perfectly operational. Except for 1 problem.

Upon loging out/exiting game, when I log back in, my character has reset back to default spawn area. All of my items have disappeared, all talents gone, back to starting level. Basically, nothing I do on the character is saved when I log out or exit the game.

Any help at all trying to solve this would be much appreciated.

I have not tested this but you could install Darkened Linux Repack v2 and use the update option in this repack. I think there was some option for an update. Try it out it could work.

Hey All!! Just a quick question…. Is anyone working on an updated command list? I still use the one off of reapers site here but there has been a ton of updates and a ton of new commands added senese then. Also with the last repack “Darkened Linux Trinity Core Repack for World of Warcraft 3.0.9 V2″ there was a custom sql file to fill GM Island with vendars and ports. Anyone have a good update I can grab??? As much as I love hoppin back and forth from thottbot and my game screen I would love to have thoes guys back!!! Again thanks for all the help and keep up the GREAT work guys!!!

I got it working nao,check the link for setting up apache with php at the top and look in the comments(the one with running netstat/ano)to find the program using porta 80

For me it was skype

Ok,I made progress again

I can now make accounts with the launcher from Darkened Linux release,although I have to fill in the Mysql location whenever I want to do so.

+I still cant get Apache to run,same error as in post 165 from me,again any help would be appreciated.

I will do my best to try and get it to work

To run the registration website I had to add the entire web folder to htdocs in the c:\xampp.

Now edit the config.php file to

now try to run the website.

Download Darkened Linux’s new Repack. In the repack there is an easy installer. One of the options is to create an account. Try it out, it works well. All you need to know is your MySQL directory and your username and password for MySQL. Enter that info on the main page of the installer. You do not need to install anything, just click the account button.

I am getting an error when Trinityrealm starts:

Using configuration file TrinityRealm.conf.
MySQL client library: 5.0.56
MySQL server ver: 5.1.33-community
Added realm “KalWorld”.
Trinity realm can not bind to 0.0.0.0:3724

I am also getting an erro in the server log for TrinityCore:

ERROR: MaNGOS RA can not bind to port 3443 on 127.0.0.1

I am new to this. Can anyone help me?

I installed Net Framework 3.5 Sp1(Running Vista Ult. with SP2) and after that it worked.

I got the same issue with characters_template table. the min and max damages are all messed up.

They show up as 2.0 and the max i have seen is 34 for a level 80.

If someone has the table from a previous repack could you please upload it.
Navicat Lite allows you to export tables.

chezard you only need to click the install button. Your maps should be good. Just fill in the location of everything on the main page and hit install. It will install the new database.

The Repack installed 100% fine for me,but when I try to run it,trinitycore and Trinityrealm give me the error=This app has failed to start because it side-by-side configurations are incorrect.

that repack doesn’t seem to work for me. I even tried to extract the maps manually but that didnt work.

all i need is either the character_template table in the world database so that i can update the values correctly or replace my table with that one.

I was wondering if there is a way of fixing the damage dealt because everything is hitting me for 1 for lvl 1-10 and 35 for 10-20.

“no-domain-set.bellcanada” is my DHCP domain. You will find this in your modems setting. Google DHCP domain and the name of your modem. This should help. If not just tell me.
