WoWAddicts WoW Server Live!

Today the new WoWAddicts World O' Warcraft Server has gone live. To make an account visit www.WoWAddicts.info. We are just starting out so the numbers will be a little low, but we hope to expand and grow quickly. The server will be a Blizzlike with a few features added (nothing big) so that players may enjoy some free quality World O' Warcraft with a little extra punch in it. Don't get addicted though *wink*
--Currently we are looking for moderators and possibly some GMs so if you know the syntax, and have had experience in the past post in our recruit forums and you might be accepted into our staff.
--We are a friendly community with nice staff and members so come join us at www.WoWAddicts.info!
--Also we will be adding random features into the game at weekly so check up on us and enjoy WoWAddicts!
--If you don't want to join us at least help us! Vote at XtremeTop100.com!

NOTE: We would also like to note that Reaper and any member of the Reaper-X Team besides Colt45 (if you wish to contact me send me an email at WoW_Addicts_Server@yahoo.com ) aren't involved in this server and will not be held responsible for any.... computer damage, explosions, loss of hair, fingernail cancer, or any other type of odd illness or computer related error you may receive while playing on WoWAddicts.

Where can i find the recruit forums to apply
You can't post in their forums until you've created a character. I can't connect to create that character because of a client mismatch.
What client version is needed for the wowaddicts server?
i use 2.4.3.8606

Thanks. I'd been looking all through the support, news and account sections. Didn't even notice the GameGuide expansion. Sigh....
it's really a good and growing server.

I gave it a try, it isn't bad; ironically, I learned about another simarly free server from someone else logged on in the realm. This server has 2 realms, one "hi XP" and one "Blizzlike". I may try this one too just out of curiosity's sake.
I have been trying to level a toon and the server hasn't been available as much as I would like. Anyone else having the same issue? Like currently I cannot connect. My WoWaddiction is overpowering here... lol
It turns out there are quite a lot of bugs so we have been going down every once in a while to either fix them or because someone abused a bug and crashed the server! So play when its up and wait patiently while its down, but I can assure you it won't be going down as much as soon as the major bugs are fixed!
Would it ever be possible to allow a "transfer" of our real-game characters onto the server? Having played half way through BT and having quit paying to play, it would be nice to be able to use my real character(s) for use on the server. I'm sure this would also open up a good amount of other veteran players looking to get back into the game a little. Of course this would have to be regulated so people dont claim top accounts as their own...
