ok i got it to where i can get into the game but there are no npc's no mobs NOTHING but the world how do i get the things that make the game fun into the game now??

It asking for the MaNGOS\World Database name and it will not accept mangos now i dont think i changed it to anything eles and mangos is still in the data base is there any way to find it WITHOUT starting all over again???

ive been ok up until now i have found that when i try to install your mangos when i type in ScriptDev2 it says that mysql doesnt exist.. i have the program and everything :/ i would greatly apprieate it if you could email me with help

someone anyone with answers please help. I have been off the internet for about 3 months now. Only have dail-up and WoW version 2.0.0, do not want to have to download to version 2.3 or 2.4 cause that would take 4 days +. If anyone could please tell me what mangos version I need to run 2.0.0 and instructions on how to set it up I would be very thankful.

Dam how I would love to get on the new version.

Hello I've got a problem. Everything works and I can login just fine but when I get to the realmlist in wow it says my server is offline and I cant connect to it :S can someone help?

Thank you for software and guide. I am trying to setup a server for my son and have limited computer skills. I have installed mysql, downloaded mangos and extracted maps and dbc. The next is to extract database dump into SDB. I'm not sure where the database dump is or how to extract it. Can you give me a tip on this?

Hello. I have installed all steps correctly and played some to check things. I have two questions: 1. How can I have scripted events(Like the Ashbringer event in Scarlet monastery if you have the corrupted sword or even simpler ones like General Marcus saluting you when you salute him) in the game run normally
2. How can I create a vendor to sell some items I would like or even leven a non-gm character?

i have just installed all the necisary wares and stuff i can get wow to pull up on my machine which is where everything is setup haveing issues with other pc connecting but that i think is a port issue. but my real issue is that i cant get bags to pull up and i am just woundering if it is an issue with my mods or what. i use vbagnon or bagnon one of the two. if that is the case please let me know.

2.3 server working great.
Problem- can only create 1 toon on realm. if I try to make another it works to make toon-type-sex etc then when i click the enter (checks name = fine!) then loads a balnk start screen and the left side has change realm button and cancel toon pic doesnt load and enter button grayed out (sounds like it loads behind scenes not sure)My possible deductions are A. you can only have 1 character and it needs editting in the database to accomdate the extra toons on that account or need Navicat (i have) and use it to make a database for mangos I can manage with? Please Help

Absolutely fantastic, we've got our private TBC server running and the kids love it. My only question after doing all the basics relates to ScriptDev2. I've read through all your guides and I can't quite make out if the patches in the ScriptDev2 folder are included or not included in the unified database, or do they need to be imported as separate entries if you want to fix 'bugs'?

I guess that's the best way of putting it, hope you understand.
