Me again.
I finnaly noticed pattern in [username][password][database]

so i openned mangosd config file, updated wrong password and now everything works.

Hi to all.
I have problem with mangos(5953)

After lauching mangosd or realmd i get only
World Database: 127.0.0.1;3306;root;mangos;mangos
ERROR:Could not connect to MySQL database at 127.0.0.1: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
ERROR:Cannot connect to world database 127.0.0.1;3306;root;mangos;mangos

I checked from command prompt and mysql is accesable (by >mysql -u root -p) a databases exist and tables are filled
I tried un and reinstaling mysql according to guides i found around but bug still remains.

if you are having trouble with err:2003 try mysql V 4.1.X it worked for me

Ok i encountered a problem and it was the same problem i had when i was trying to install a previous version of mangos. Basically, after i install MySql, no matter how many times i install it, it won't ever be recognized at the command prompt. I selected to add it as a win directory, etc. nothing. the ONLY way i could get around that was to move the mangos installation files to the actual MYSQL directory and install from there. it worked, however i can't get around the face that i can't access mysql from the command prompt, which is going to cause further problems. WTF to do?
i can not find anything on the MySql website or the manual.

As a side note, is there any way to remove some of the useless comments? it's a pain to scroll through a few hundred of them to find your answer hasn't been said.

if a personel firewal is running on your machine, please make sure you have opened the TCP port 3306 for connections

I just wanted to say THANKS for doing all of this. I see some questions here I'd be pulling my hair out over, if I were you, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the walk through with the pics to guide the installation... it worked perfectly for me, and I have zero mySQL experience.
