Hate to dis a company but either the support and tech are over worked or just don't give a sh*t.

The reason for the comment is that anyone who reads this might want to check out some other companies so they dont have to go through what I did.

By the way, in the time it took them to process the cancellation I had another fully functional server with another company.</description>
