could someone kindly tell me how to view and access the pcsx2 0.9.2 binary file, if I wanbt to play my PS2 game on it???

I would be ever so grateful if someone can helo me out. I already have the current version of PCSX2, but it does not run the game I have, and i am hoping that the binary would make it run. Thanks!!! :)
