memang kacau nih speedy..
dulu saya make speedy dari sejak 750rb dengan quota 2gb, sampai akhirnya harga turun dan paket 750rb berubah menjadi unlimited, pada akhirnya saya berhenti berlangganan karena masuknya firstmedia *yay!!* layanan cable yang baru masuk kompleks perumahan saya, layanan cable ini cukup murah dengan hanya membayar 300rbuan sudah unlimited dan duakali lebih cepat dari speedy!!

1 tahun lebih saya menikmati internet kencang dgn harga yang pas di kantong, dan sekarang dengan amat-amat sedih saya kembali menggunakan telkom speedy office unlimited, dikarenakan saya pindah ke apartment yang tidak ada pilihan lain untuk sambungan internetnya..
malahan baru aja masang hari ini, dan sangat sedih karena ga ada perubahan sama sekali dengan telkom speedy sejak dulu sebelum saya pindah ke firstmedia..

sebelumnya saya sempat mempertimbangkan menggunakan telkomsel flash 3.5G hsdpa. tapi takut sinyal ngedrop.. soalnya walaupun network full kalau nelp suka putus2, mungkin karena di daerah sudirman banyak gedung yang bisa mengganggu sinyalnya.

telkom itu monopoli bisa iya bisa tidak, tapi kelihatannya telkom kewalahan melayani pelanggan yang berjubel, bayangin aja jutaan pelanggan tapi jualannya sendirian.. yang ada keteteran di ntah itu infrastruktur/teknologi juga human resourcenya

jadi sekarang cuman bisa berharap agar telkom bisa bergerak maju lebih baik lagi..
tapi jangan kelamaan bergeraknya emang ga malu di complain terus??

customer service: can go to hell and they're just F@#King @$$hole and STUPID. they can't do S|-|IT. all they can do is "i'm sorry sir, i will report your problem to our technician"

technicians: sitting around, picking their nose, and scratching their balls

time to get your connection fixed: u are lucky if you get your connection fixed in 1 - 2 weeks, and they don't cheat you by saying "we will send a technician to your place now sir" and no one come to fix and u decided to call again and talk with the "manager"

manager: suck and stupid as well "i will check and ask the technician why they're not attending to you yet sir, i will call u back asap". u can wait for his call until u got shrooms growing on your head

connection: out of 30 days, u'll be lucky if u have your speedy running for 15 days total.

telkom speedy: telkom slowy and we SCAM people

today: 1-2 weeks later

ASAP : 3-5 days

manager: the person who scrub the floor

customer service: our dumb @$$ and can't do s|-|it

technician: the person who clean our @$$ and scratching their balls when there's no @$$ to clean

low price: we will disconnect your internet many times because u have unlimited access and u are using too much of your unlimited access.

unlimited access: only 15 days of connection u can use whatever and whenever u like. the rest of 15 days u are welcome to yell at our customer service and our technician

marketing: please don't trust us because we get marketing people who can't read and write! ohh.. and our job is scamming people. the more we scam, the more we feel great!

I lived in Malaysia for 9 years, and was using their Telekom's broadband's service. Paid RM89.99 (Rp 250.000,-) for the 1MB connection, unlimited. My bittorent was downloading around the speed of 100-150 kbps.

I think, not to strive for better is the truly ignorant part. And what better way to, well, better ourselves than to look upwards? I agree with the futile part though. It is Indonesia after all. There's a difference between out-reaching ourselves and being content with what we have. But do we truly have to be content with this (pardon) ridiculous service customers are getting from Telkom? Malaysia could do it. Singapore could do it. Why not us? Who says we can't afford to build that kind of infrastructure yet? If the money's not all gone because of corruption, we'll have at least reached Malaysia's state of things. I say that because Malaysia is not that much better than us, but we just can't seem to get there.

Guys... keep complaining to Telkom. It's good for the user actually. Last time when i was there (mid 90s) even worst, something like "take it or leave it". But now i heart alot improvement because "our complain"

I agree with the big complain !!! Telkom Speedy is a BIG BULLSHIT !!! What in the world a customer has to pay the usaged bill plus one month when the customer decides to discontinue the subscription? That is a big corruption shit this company is still shitting Indonesian people !!! Yet, when a customer walk in to register a new line the worker never says anything about paying double bill should the customer decides to discontinue !!! You big shit Telkom I will report you to the customer protection !!!

sayang firstmedia cuma ada di jakarta dan surabaya kalau ada di selurah kota di jawa saja pasti speedy sudah ke laut.

Wah, liat komen ttg speedy jadi ngeri nih. But tetep coba ah, wong cuma daftar 75rb doang dapat modem gretong lagi ... biar ga kebobolan bandwith, ambil yg paket time based lah .. diitung2 buat kantor yg on dr jam 8 - 17 dg 5 hari kerja berarti sekitar 198 jam (22 hari kerja ya). Ambil paket yg 200rb u/ 50jam berarti kena tambahan charge 148 jam x 1500 = 222000. so total cost = 422.000 + 10 % PPN = 464.000,- Kalo ga sesuai harapan ya tinggal signout saja ... gitu aja kog repot....Ntar aku report deh hasil percobaannya. Lha ini pake TimeExcelindo walaah...lemot banget mana bayar 500rb/bln (unlimited). Tp emangnya warnet butuh unlimited connection. Kan kita butuh cuma buat email, sedikit browsing and no YM at all !!! YM bikin karyawan jd ga efektif kerja, cuma chatting muluuu ...

To salim: Internet in Japan is an exception. Not only 18 Mbps, if you were lucky, you will get 50 Mbps and up to 100 with the same price. Only few countries in the world have this fast and affordable service. And US is not one of them. To become fair, we should (and must) compare to those in other ASEAN countries.

speedy is suck! in working time (morning till afternoon) it has incridible speed. but in evening till midnite, it's totally off!!!! erm... not totally actually. just 1 minute to connect and have to wait about 30 minutes to receive the tcip/ip. then it it will connect again JUST IN 1 minute, and wait for 30 minutes again. Shit!!!

Try Fastnet from First Media!! they are committed in their promise, cheap and so far.. very reliable!!. If they can keep it up, I'll say they will be the best one in the country.
