Alexa Toolbar and Alexa Site Rank

It’s been a while since i last checked my site rank via Alexa, although my site is not listed on the top 100.000 rank of Alexa, but it feels quite good to be at position 1,000,406 :P .. although it’d be alot better if i can get past my previous site rank. But one thing you’ll need to know that Alexa rank can’t be trusted especially for site with rank of 1.000.000 and below. Because Alexa rank is judged by someone who use or already installed the Alexa Toolbar and make a visit to your site. So that means if you installed the Alexa toolbar into your system and visit your site daily, you’ll get a big boost to your Alexa rank. But i don't think that is a fair calculation, so i decided not to use it. But it’s up to you if you want to get a higher rank by cheating or not.

Note: Alexa Toolbar is considered spyware because it'll send your browsing habit into Alexa server
